This home is a spec built home in a popular development. The client was frustrated with the lack of function and the weird, angled peninsula in their kitchen. They were blown away when their designer came up with a design that included an island, they never thought it would be possible and they loved it! Their neighbors all have the same floor plan, and they couldn’t wait to have them over to show them the possibilities of what was a small awkward space.
