Steps to Get Started on Your Custom Closet Journey

Before diving into the design process, take a moment to evaluate your needs. Consider the following questions:

  1. How much hanging space do you require for clothes?
  2. Do you need drawers?
  3. Do you need shelves for shoes, bags, or folded items?
  4. Would you like drawers for accessories or jewelry?

Once you’ve thought about these items reach out to us to schedule a meeting in our showroom. Bring with you, basic measurements of your space and a photo of your existing space. Don’t worry if it’s messy, we don’t judge!

During this meeting we will discuss your needs, show you the different finish and accessory options and ask some questions. After this meeting you’ll go home, and we will work up a design for you.

When you come back in, you’ll be able to view 3D renderings of your new closet! We will discuss each item with you, cost and other options. Now you can decide if you’d like to move forward on this project.

If you decide to move forward with us, we ask for a financial commitment of $500 (plus tax), this commitment will go towards the cost of your closet but is non-refundable. After that commitment is made, we will come out and do our own measuring, as well as look for any obstructions such as vents, outlets, light switches, plumbing, etc. Then we will continue to work with you on the design until it’s perfect.

Once your ready to order, we want to ensure we have a plan for installation. We are happy to install but if you plan to, we want to ensure your prepared not only to receive the product but to ensure that your new closet is properly installed. At time of order, we ask for 80% down and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to delivery.

Because our closet systems come with a limited lifetime warranty, we are here for you if something comes up or you have questions in the future.
